2) Voting tickets will be sent after a snapshot based on deposited BADGE at the station as of Sept. 28th at 08:00 UTC (1 Voting ticket per Hero Badge NFT)
Ex) 5 Genesis NFT + 2 Super Rare Hero Badge NFT = 7 votes tickets
